May through October we need a two day reservation for weekends. We require a one night deposit to hold a room, Master Card, Visa, Discover or private checks are accepted. ($30 dollar charge for bounced checks)

• Check-in is 3:00-8:00pm; Check-out is 10:00am. Additional charge for late checkout.
• Well-behaved children under 3 years old stay free in the same room with their parents, sharing the same bed.
• 72 hour minimum cancellation period. Less than 72 hours forfeits one night charge.
• For Special Events - cancellation 2 weeks prior or forfeits one night charge.
• Additional guests over 3 years old are $25.00 + tax per night.
• Pets are to be in good health, current vaccinations, house broken, and people friendly to stay at the Apple Tree Bed & Breakfast.
• Pets are not to be left alone in the rooms unless they are crated.

We offer the follow discounts. Discounts cannot be combined. Discounts are not accepted during Special Events. Please call for details.

• AAA Members receive a $5 per night discount for stays of two nights or more. (effective for cash or check only)
• Members of the AAMA (American Association of Medical Assistants) receive a $5 per night discount for stays of two night or more. (effective for cash or check only)
